			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On a recent weekend away, the weather decided not to cooperate, and despite beautiful sunny days for weeks before, the weekend I chose to head to the beach, it rained.  It didn&#8217;t just rained, the wind howled and debris was flying all over the place.</p>

It used to be the city&#8217;s power station, and the integrity of the structure, both inside and out, has been maintained as much as possible.

<p>This building is now heritage listed and  has been home to art displays, contemporary dance, theatre, music, and also has a bar, restaurant, and conference facilities.</p>
