Valentine’s Day
It’s the one day every year specifically set aside to remind people to acknowledge their partner, and those special people in your life. Not that there should need to be a day for this, but considering how fast-paced life has become, I suppose we all need a reminder.
This year I had a lovely surprise - the first time I ever received flowers on Valentine’s Day (not counting the flowers my mother sent me one year when I was in high school… Yes, I realise how sad that sounds). Not just any flowers, but red roses…
